Joy is an experienced facilitator in sound, lecturer, community musician and multi-disciplinary workshop leader. She believes in the power of group music making and the benefits of music emotionally and socially. She is passionate about improving access to the technical aspects of music for all regardless of background and has an accessible approach to teaching.

She has worked with a wide range of groups including Disabled young people and adults, Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children and University students.
